"For me, the best aspect of working with Keystone is they understand the type of business I want to have. They have a good grasp on my values and what I find important. They tailor their advice using their knowledge of me and my office. Screening job candidates - they nail it!”- Mary Ellen Curren Rancourt, AuD

The DCI5™ Difference

Once reserved for psychological work and high-up corporate coaching, personality systems and profiling have become dinner table topics of conversation by way of YouTube, Facebook, and blogs. Not unlike a newspaper horoscope, the typical personality systems out there remain shrouded in ambiguity, with little usefulness beyond the initial “wow” of type-discovery and a new way to label ourselves.

I'm a  “Driver”, “Expressive”, “Amiable” or “Analytical”, I'm a Type 1 with a 2 wing or I'm a Type 7 with an 8 wing, but what do I do with this information? Or, now that I know I’m an “INTJ”, how will this help me in my career or personal life? The sad answer is they often won't help you much at all, and in fact can do more harm that good.

Why? Because they're plagued by the errors of self-reporting and the inclination by most to want to appear or score a specific way to fit a need. Bad data in means bad data out. The DCI5™ personality system controls for all of this, predicts where a person goes under favorable and unfavorable conditions, and defines motivations.
