Founded just 4 years ago, Keystone Medical Group has taken the  healthcare business space by storm.

Putting to work over five decades of experience in accounting, consulting, coaching, management and sales, co-founders Vincent DeGennaro, Rob Maxwell, and Jim Silliman have tackled the systemic short falls plaguing the hearing healthcare advisory services by making true consulting a reality in a space that needs it now more than ever.


Every project done by Keystone is driven by the individual needs and goals of the clients we partner with. No two projects ever look the same but at the end of the day the goal is the same: be the best version of you possible.

Vincent

Founding Partner


Lead developer,

Bluesky Advantage Program

Vincent is a native of New Jersey and still calls the Garden State home with his wife, daughter, his cat Sydney (who is known to accidentally send emails for him), and his dog Lucy.


Vincent's degree is in Business Administration. He has been in hearing healthcare since 2006 where he met Jim and Rob (Both of which were HUGE fans of his) 

Prior to that, Vincent worked in telecommunications as the lead project manager for voice and data integration. Through his time there, he met some really great celebrities (and some, not so great), government officials and even worked with a former POTUS. 

















Rob

Founding Partner


Lead developer, DCI5 program


Rob calls the Great Smoky Mountains home with his wife Emma, his 4 kids, Hattie the sweetest goldendoodle on the planet, and a not so sweet, fat orange cat named Hugo.


Rob has a degree in accounting and finance and has been in the hearing healthcare space since 2005.


 In a past life he worked in orthopedics, payroll and benefits, consulting, financial advising, and cost-accounting, which he hated, but it made him an Excel Rockstar.     




 




 











Jim

Founding Partner



The Finger Lakes of New York is home for Jim, his wife Christi, their two sons, and fur babies Stella Rose and Ozzie.


Great local wine, stunning, IG-worthy lakes, and world-class hiking trails make The Finger Lakes the perfect place to live.


Jim's degree is in General Management and Nuclear Engineering from West Point and has held numerous positions in hearing healthcare.
